SHIPPING
At this time, we can only provide shipping to the US. You can always contact us for any shipping question at vremena_support@mgraphics-books.com.

All issues of VREMENA magazine mail to our subscribers directly from the printing plant. We make all efforts our subscribers receive every issue without delay, but in most cases the speed of delivery depends on how fast USPS works and out of our control. We ask our clients be patient.

Any older issues of VREMENA magazine are printed on-demand upon receiving an order and mailed directly to the purchaser. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

SALES
All our sales are final, no returns or refunds, with exception of receiving damaged product(s). In unlikely event you receive a damaged issue of magazine please initiate return/refund through our email vremena_support@mgraphics-books.com  and we gladly replace the damaged product(s) or refund your full purchase price.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your damaged item to request an exchange or refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at vremena_support@mgraphics-books.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
